Espen Løken has taken over as the new general manager of the Svensson foundation from 1.1.2019. Espen comes from the position as Head of secretariat in the union Industri Energi.
We thank the former manager Andreas C. Halse for his great work for the foundation and wish him all the best as political advisor in the Directorate of Integration and Diversity (IMDi).
Espen Løken says he looks forward to work for the Svensson foundation. This year the Arthur Svensson International Prize for Trade Union Rights will be awarded for the 10th time and the prize is more important as ever as workers' rights are attacked in lots of countries all over the world.
